to ordering. By ordering you agree to our return and store

So Sweet Boutique is strictly a special order store, which is why we offer a large selection at great prices. We special order or custom order your items such as your shoes, dresses, suits, outfits and accessories for you in the size and color that you select at time of your order. Most special occasion - formal wear retailers, specialty stores and boutiques (including ours), do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Most retail stores, specialty stores and boutiques have a no return policy, no exchange and no cancellation policy in place for a few reasons.

You are measuring yourself or your child and choosing your own size. We are not the ones measuring. Because we have no control over whether you are selecting the correct size or measuring correctly, no refunds/returns/exchanges will be accepted for ordering the incorrect size. PLEASE MEASURE your child carefully. Size chart links are located on each item on our site if the manufacturer has provided them to us. Please have someone measure you if you are ordering an item for yourself. Please understand, we can not see your child or you through the internet or phone and can only guide you to understanding the sizing better.
Please note that Alterations are needed on MOST formal
wear. You will find it hard to find the perfect fit,
right off the rack. We are not responsible for
alterations and suggest that you have them done locally approximately 7- 14 days prior to your event.
We are not the ones measuring them or you and we are not responsible for any sizing errors. If you or your child are
in-between sizes, you should order the larger size. We have several tools all over our website to assist you in making a decision.
Your wear date or event date is required at checkout .
If you fail to put your wear date on your original order, your
item will ship when it is ready.
If
you have any questions about an item or the description is not
clear enough, please call us prior to ordering. We welcome
questions to help you make your final selection. Please note we are not responsible for color variations since each computer moniter displays colors differently. Please note that the weave and slubs on dupioni raw silk and poly silk fabrics are natural occurances.

Since your specially ordered/custom items we order in the size and color that you choose, we cannot return them to the manufacturers. We only have 2 manufacturers that allow exchanges, for a nominal fee. Because we offer our items at lower prices, it often is better to pay for the item to be altered or re-order the item than paying the exchange fee plus the shipping of returning the item to us and then paying another shipping fee to return the item to the manufacturer. At times it can make it cost as much as the original purchase. We will offer you this option if it is available to us. We must be notified within 2 days of receiving your order to see if it is possible. It is a time sensitive issue that is out of our control. Those manufacturers are US Angels and Sweetie Pie Collection. Any formal wear item we exchange out will have an exchange fee that will be applied along with the 3 new shipping fees.

All formal wear is considered special occasion wear and vice versa. Special Occasions wear are any occasion that you wear just a few times and often only once.

Please note we are not just an internet store, but we have a physical storefront. We also have a professionally trained staff to assist you in this special time! All shipping is non-refundable.
Telephone calls and emails demanding for us to change our policy will not be tolerated. Please respect our policy. If our policy does meet your needs, please refrain from ordering as we can't make exceptions. We are a
specialty store so, we can offer you a large variety of options. We carry very little stock so, we can offer you the MOST options and the LOWEST pricing. If we allowed exchanges and returns are prices would go up substantially.
RETURNS:
A
Return Authorization (RA) number will only
be given via email only.RETURNS: Please check orders immediately and report any errors within two business days.
Our manufacturers will not accept any damaged items back after two full days (48 hours of recieving the package). We will then send you a replacement item (EXACTLY as you originally ordered) at our expense. At times, proof maybe required. Please inspect fully upon
receiving your order.
After 48 Hours, all sales final.
A
Return Authorization number must be given for all returns.
For
returns or exchanges, please email sales@sosweetboutique.com with your order
number and the
date you received your package,
all RA's are issued only through email. Please refrain from calling the
store as no RA's are ever issued over the phone. Please

to as item's) qualify for a return. Please refrain from asking us to make an
exception to our policies.

RA's
are good for 10 days after they are issued.
ALL RA Numbers MUST be on the
outside of the package or we will NOT accept the package back, it
will be marked refused. All items returned to us MUST have all their
original tags intact, be unworn, unwashed and free of marks. All
paperwork and packaging must be returned to us as well with the
return. Any item that does not meet the return criteria
will be shipped back to the customer at the customers expense. All
claims for returns must be made at the time you request your return
authorization.
