Shipping: Please factor in the approximate ship time to you based on the shipping method that you choose. We ship USPS for most of our packages. On occasions, for larger orders we will ship Ground UPS. ALL international customers ship USPS (we do not mark items as gift). For all of our orders, we do put delivery confirmation free of charge. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they leave our hands. If your bank requires signature confirmation for proof of transaction, you are required to call us and make the additional payment for signature required at delivery.
If you are an international customer and want your package tracked, you must call us prior to ordering so we can make arrangements to upgrade your shipping . You are responsible for any duties or fees your country may charge. We are not responsible for any delays in customs that can affect your wear date. Please note that you may want to consider adding insurance to your package if you are returning something to us.
FREE shipping promotion only applies to the US residents. If you order something with Free shipping and have to return it for any reason, you will be billed for the shipping/handling charge. We cannot refund your original shipping charges.
Failure to put the proper shipping address down will result in another shipping fee on the customers part. We are not responsible for address errors on your invoice For shipping rates click here, for more shipping information click here.
Ordering and Sales Tax: There is no minimum order. Florida Residents are responsible for 7% sales tax, all others are exempt from paying.
If you have more than one person in a bridal party or your event, it is wise to order ALL dresses or suits for the entire party in one order or to order ALL items needed within 24 hours. Should your party order in several orders allowing time to lapse, we are not responsible if the manufacturer discontinues the items or if the item is no longer in stock. We will not be able to accept any of the items back. This helps cut down on stress with any chance of color variations and shipping times. Please note that we are not responsible for color variations or care of the garment. times.
Payment: Payment is taken securly over the internet through Authnet. To protect the customer, we do not store your payment information. Payment also can be made via paypal. Please note, all international customers are required to make payment through paypal. You do not need a paypal account, in order to do so. Simply follow the instructions to submit your credit card information.
Out of stock Item or we are unable to make event date: Since we are built on a secure server, your credit card will be charged at time of order. Should your item be out of stock or the manufacturer is unable to make your event/wear date, which you are required to provide when ordering, you will be refunded in full. It is up to you the customer to select the proper shipping speed, please factor the approximate handling time for us to recieve your items.
Promotions: Only one promotion can be used per order.
Color Variations: Please note we are not responsible for how your moniter displays the colors on your screen, since each moniter is different. We do offer color swatches from most of our manufacturers, please call us to order. Please note, that each manufacturer have unique color charts. A hunter green color one manufacturer can be a forest green to another. Please review color samples and swatches prior to ordering. We do not accept orders or items back if you order incorrect colors.
Alterations: In most situations you will need to have your garment altered. It is always better to order an item that is slightly larger than smaller, since it is easier to take in an item verses letting it out. We are not responsible for any alterations that maybe needed.
Sizing: Since we again can not see or measure you or your child through the internet or telephone, we are not responsible for sizing errors for orders placed online or over the phone. Please remember in most situations all formal wear need alterations, there is typically not a perfect fit. Alterations are the customers responsibility.
Wear Date - Event Date is required on all formal wear - special occasion wear and formal accessories: Should you fail to do so, your item will ship when it is available or ready. Please make sure to add your wear date or event date in the comment box at checkout. You will not be able to cancel your order if you fail to put down your wear date/event date on the initial order. Once we have placed the order with the manufacturer, it will be all sales final since we are unable to cancel our order with the manufacturer. If you do put your wear date/event date down on your original order and the manufacturer is unable to make your wear date, we will notify you and cancel your order for you and refund you in full. If there are more than one person you are ordering for in the party or event, you will need to order your items within 24 hours of eachother to prevent an item from being out of stock.
While every attempt is made to meet the stated turnaround times given by the manufacturer, it is not a "guaranteed delivery date". We only guarantee delivery if you list your wear date at checkout. At times items can deliver a bit later due to the manufacturer, so please be sure to allow enough time for your event. Remember, the time quoted on our formal wear is the average time it takes to get to us and then we must stil ship it to you. A requested delivery date can not be changed after the order is placed since we are unable to make any changes with the manufacturer. All ship times posted on our website are approximates and average turn around times, things to happen that are out of our control (weather, catastrophic events etc). You may not cancel your order if there is a delay on the manufacturers part, only if we are unable to get your order to you prior to your wear date that you listed on your order at checkout.
Other pertinant details: Your requests for information by email or phone will be answered as quickly as possible and with respect. We understand that special occasion planning and ordering over the internet can create high levels of stress but we will not accept this as an excuse for bad or rude behavior or demands for exceptions to our policies. You will be treated with courtesy and we expect the same in return. We reserve the right to cancel an order at anytime. Policies are not changed by comments on the order form, claims of promises made by phone or by email. There are NO exceptions to policies, Customers are fully responsible for providing a working email address that will accept our communication at all times. Please make sure your email address accepts emails from our server, at times we can be blocked automatically. Please make sure you have added us to your incoming email and remove us from any SPAM filters. It is the customers responsibilty to provide us a working email address. Please note once we refund your order, it can take up to 5 working days before the transaction is complete.
Abandoned Orders: Any order where we are in possession of the goods for more than 30 days that you have purchased and not claimed by yourself. Examples of abandonded orders include, but not limited to, returns without a properly authorized Return Authorization code clearly marked on the outside of the package or not returned on time; items which have been worn or without tags and packaging attached in original condition; Orders that are shipped but the address provided on the order is not good or Refused delivery; Customer Service will make reasonable attempt to contact the customer for authorization of shipping charges to have the merchandise reshipped to them. The customer has 30 days to correct the situation. Beyond that point the order is considered to be abandoned. We cannot refund or exchange an abandoned order.
Chargeback attempts: An attempt to reverse or chargeback a credit card transaction may constitutes non-payment or a potential fraud that will be referred to our attorneys. Initiating a chargeback because you have cancelled your event, changed your mind, or production of your items is still pending may constitute fraud, and immediate legal action may be taken. We refuse to charge more to customers who keep their commitments to cover such attempts. If your credit card company requires signature confirmation as proof of delivery, you are responsible for paying for it. The item will ship out regardless and you will be responsible for payment. Expenses incurred to So Sweet Boutique, LLC to collect payment beyond that of normal settlement including, but not limited to returned checks, chargebacks, Court proceedings, attorney and collections fees, will be at the expense of the customer. Customer agrees to abide by the laws in the Seminole County, Florida USA.

In-Store Prices: Our prices in our store can be slightly more to cover the cost of getting the items shipped to our store. The online shoppers absorb that fee when they pay for their shipping. The only way to recoup the shipping cost of your item to our store is to increase the price slightly.
